One Step Closer therapeutic riding center in the greater Bay Area upholds the highest standard of equestrian therapy. The center is in a Path International Premiere riding location in Morgan Hill, California.

People who are rejected at able-bodied riding centers can turn to OSC where they can learn riding with equines like Miss Abby and Mr. Me Too for children and Mr. Sunshine, Chief, and Miss Liberty for adults and veterans.

The riding center started with one rider and one equine. Today, they have a dozen horses and dozens more of volunteers who see the transformation in the riders.

The owners of the riding center tell us how a veteran once said the program changed his life. For one parent, riding helped her son who is diagnosed with autism to socialize more and have better focus.

For volunteers and riders, learn more about One Step Closer at http://osctr.org/. They are located at 15770 Foothill Avenue, Morgan Hill, CA.
